Delete your SiteChart account
Use this page to submit a permanent account deletion request for the SiteChart mobile app. You do not need to create another account, add a password, make a phone call, or send an email to complete this request.
Access
Your app account access will be closed and deletion processing will begin.
Profile data
Personal account details such as name, mobile number, and email will be removed or de-identified.
Project records
Business records may be retained only where required for project, legal, security, or compliance purposes.
Before You Submit
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after processing.
- Use the same mobile number that you use to sign in to SiteChart.
- We may retain limited records where required to protect project history, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
